Whit's fur ye'll no go by ye!
A subtle hint of the Scottish brogue is seductive but the raw
unrestrained tongue of a Scotsman is impossible to understand. Is this English I ask?
Okay so we took 3 days off and Martin and Verity took us
up to the Scottish Highland. We stayed in this small 2 bedroom cabin on the
edge of Loch Awe and went exploring; came back home via Edinburgh.
This country strongly reminds you of South Island New Zealand.
The shades of green, high tussock lands, the hills, sheep and stone housing. The
weather however is more fickle with the 4 seasons happening every hour and I
quote the Scottish Lass reporting the weather "today you will have
sunshine and showers, but tomorrow the weather will deteriorate to sunshine and
rain". The only thing that seems to vary is the temperature.
No wonder the Scots’s liked Dunedin.
